MSC Symposium on pelagic fishing in the North East Atlantic

On Wednesday 21^th June, the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) organizes a symposium on the future of the North East Atlantic (NEA) pelagic stocks of mackerel, blue whiting and Atlanto-scandian herring. Experts across science, management and the supply chain are invited to share their expertise and support the adoption of long-term management plans which are critical for securing the future health of the NEA pelagic stocks. Attendees will include actors from across the seafood supply chain, including fishing representatives, market players, NGOs, and science.

The one-day symposium will be held in the prestigious Watermen’s Hall in London from 10am-4pm BST. Online participation is also possible.
