Governance

Structure

The organisation is governed by an Executive Board made up entirely of producer member representatives. These representatives are appointed at the Annual General Assembly.

The Executive Board elects a President and a Vice President from among its members. The President may serve a maximum of two consecutive years. The Vice President then replaces the President for the following term, unless otherwise agreed.

The Executive Board is assisted by a Secretariat, hosted by the Danish member of EFFOP, Marine Ingredients Denmark.

To address technical issues or regulatory revisions and cover specific technical projects, EFFOP can establish Technical Working Groups (WGs).
