EFFOP – Marine Nutrients Europe submitted feedback on 23 June 2026 to the European Commission’s consultation on the proposal to revise the fisheries management rules (omnibus proposal).
Our submission focuses on the revision of EU fisheries rules in the Baltic Sea, where we call for fisheries management to be based more firmly on scientific advice and a balanced approach to overall environmental pressures.
